The problem
A hall, on any day
Four hundred stands, six hours, and no way to tell which twenty are worth your time. Everyone walks. Almost nobody arrives anywhere on purpose.
The same hall, after 10xBooth
Three questions at the entrance become three stands worth walking to, scored and put in an order you can actually walk. Same floor. Different day.
Run out of time long before they run out of hall, and miss the two companies they came for.
Spend three days talking to whoever walks past, and go home unsure whether it was worth it.
Can count the turnstile. Cannot show an exhibitor the business their stand actually produced.
With 10xBooth
How it works
01
The visitor answers a short structured questionnaire about what they need and why they came.
02
10xBooth ranks the exhibitors that are commercially relevant, and shows the reasons behind each one.
03
Those exhibitors become a route the visitor can walk. Where the organizer switches meetings on, they can be booked before the visitor arrives.
04
Meetings, contact exchanges and quotation requests become outcomes the organizer can report.
The north-star metric
Attendance tells you how many people came.
Qualified Connections tell you whether business actually happened.

Qualified Connections
Demo data from a seeded sample trade show. Not a customer result.
A Qualified Connection is one visitor and one exhibitor who did something real together: exchanged contact details, sent a commercial request, agreed a meeting, were qualified by the exhibitor, or visited the stand and took something away.
Worth knowing
A profile view is not one. A saved exhibitor is not one. A badge scanned on the way past is not one. Counted once per pair, however deep the relationship went.
For visitors
Scan a QR code and start in the browser you already have. No account, no app store, no download.
Recommendations with a named strength and the plain-language reasons behind each one.
Save the ones worth seeing, then turn them into a route that fits the time you actually have.
Meetings, quotation requests and saved documents in one place, during the show and after it.
For exhibitors
Define who you want to meet: industry, buyer role, market, timeframe and procurement route.
See a commercially relevant audience as anonymous cards — sector, role, need, timeframe — before anyone has shared a name.
Where the show runs meetings, request them and answer the ones you receive against the hours your stand has declared.
Capture leads at the stand by badge, and record quotations, catalogues and callbacks against them.
Product
Matching you can explain.

Why 10xBooth
Trade show apps solve navigation and scheduling. 10xBooth solves whether the right two companies met.

Both lists are useful. Only one of them tells an exhibitor whether to rebook.
Security and privacy
Compliance for a given market is a legal review with your counsel, not a badge software awards itself. We will bring the architecture, the data map and the controls to that conversation.
The separation is enforced by the database itself: row-level security on every tenant table, and an application role that cannot bypass it. If a table is ever left unprotected, an automated test stops the release.
An exhibitor first sees an anonymous card — sector, role, need — with no name, company or contact. Anything more appears only as far as the visitor allows.
Contact details reach an exhibitor only when the visitor allows it. Scanning a badge is not consent on its own, and sharing with one stand is not publishing to the hall.
From their own screen, a visitor can download a copy of everything they gave us, or erase themselves. A contact card they chose to hand an exhibitor stays with that exhibitor, and the screen says so before they confirm.
10xBooth plans a route over a floorplan the organizer drew. It does not track anyone's position inside the hall — no indoor positioning, no beacons, no crowd sensing. Walking times are always shown as approximate: closer where the venue has been measured, but crowds and walking pace still change them.
10xBooth measures commercial relevance — not the probability of closing a sale. The product says so on the screen where the number appears, and the API says so in the payload, so nobody downstream can quietly turn a relevance score into a forecast.
An organizer enables the languages their show needs. Key coverage is complete and enforced in the build; the terminology review with native B2B speakers for Russian, Uzbek, Kyrgyz and Kazakh is still open, and we would rather say so than call it certified.
Custom-domain support is available for configured deployments. Resolution, ownership verification, canonical hosts and redirects are built and tested; issuing the certificate is part of the deployment, not of the application.
